Balloons are a lucky item in Bedwars, and cannot be obtained in survival and other game modes.

Balloon looks like a round shaped balloon with a black string under it.
Obtaining[]
The Balloon is also a lucky item in Bedwars, and each balloon in the colour of your team can be bought for 1 diamond in the shop. In other game modes balloon can only be obtained by using code blocks with the code : api.giveItem(myId,'(colour of the balloon) Balloon ')
Usage[]
When you use a balloon, you will be “launched” slowly into the air 10 blocks high. Then, you will receive the ”floating” effect, in which you falls down slowly, for 16 seconds, or until you are in contact with the ground. Using this characteristic, balloons can be used to reach places that cannot be accessed by jumping or takes a long time to bridge.
