The banana is a food in Bloxd.io added on 3 July 2025. Eating bananas give you 12 seconds of the ability to double jump.
Appearance[]
A Banana looks like a banana in real life that is a bit too curved. It has 2 brown pixels at its tips.
Obtaining[]
Bananas can only be obtained by killing gorillas or found in loot chests of ruins.
Usage[]
Bananas can be used to craft banana seeds. When you plant banana seeds, a banana block will grow from the a vine (which is grown from the banana seed) in any direction after some time. Banana plants can only grow to adjacent areas that are not occupied by other blocks. Breaking a banana block with Moonstone Pickaxes drop itself, while breaking it with any tool other than Moonstone Pickaxes drop 4 bananas.

Infinity Double-Jump Glitch[]

If you eat lots of bananas, you will get the amount of double jumps based on how many you ate. This is due to a function in the game’s code, api.airJumpCount(), and they used +1 instead of 1.
Trivia[]
- The other food added in the jungle update is the Mango. Both bananas and mangos are dropped by Gorillas when killed.
