You are allowed to kick and ban players, change yours and other people's Game Mode, and more! An update was also given to the game, adding Glass, Doors, Trapdoors, Water Buckets, Protectors, and Fat Cacti. Protectors would protect a 32 x 96 x 32 Chunk where other people can not break Blocks, place Blocks, or open Chests.
Be the Survivor - Survival[]
Survival was then added. It was a big hit because public lobbies until then could only be peaceful. Swords cannot be crafted in peaceful, but they can be crafted in Survival! Swords deal the most damage of all the tools craft-able, and a Diamond Sword can three-hit a player with no Armour, even to the present day.
A Peaceful Hit[]
After these four game modes, the next one was a big hit. Peaceful, similar to Minecraft, is a game mode without Weapons. Players had access to Blocks, Tools, caves, Ores, and more, in a persistent open world. It became unpopular after Survival was created.
The Birth of Creative[]
Creative was added for building amazing structures! You had access to nearly all Blocks and Items in the game. Additionally, everyone can fly in Creative as much as they want. First, Protectors had to be crafted with Diamonds, but then Arthur added a system where when you placed or broke enough Blocks, you obtained a Protector from the Creative Inventory.
A Decorative Update[]
In Peaceful, the Artisan bench was added, allowing you to craft decorative blocks.
The First Gamemode Vote[]
Mattzap then created two gamemodes and made people vote on the one they wanted. One Block is where you spawn on a block that regenerates each time it is mined, and you repeatedly mine on that block to get resources. While in Greenville, you need to work and make money to buy items and houses in Greenville.
Greenville won the gamemode vote and One Block was removed (temporarily) as a result,
The Iron Watermelon Rumors[]
The Iron Watermelon was an entity added by Arthur in summer 2022. It was used to jump-scare players not to go over 6000 Blocks out of spawn, since world generation wasn't perfected back then.
