4th of January[]
- A new Biome, Snowy Plains, was added. Ice spawns on rivers in this Biome. Running on Ice is 40% faster compared to walking
- Combat logging was added for the first time. Back then, you were killed if you left the Lobby with less than 50 HP and were hit within the previous 10 seconds.
- Sandstone Bricks were added.
5th of January[]
- Engraved Diorite, Andesite, and Granite, and Bricks made out of these three Stone variants.
- Moonstone Pickaxe were added.
6th of January[]
- Ice Bricks were added

- New Forest Biomes containing new Tree and Wood types: Aspen, Pine, Cedar, Elm, Palm, and Plum.

- A Rejoin Lobby button was added for gamemodes, so you can now rejoin the last lobby you played in, even if you forget the name.

- One Block and Murder Mystery were added as Limited Time Game Modes in a voting.
8th of February[]
- Descriptions were added to some Blocks and Items; hover over the Item in your Inventory to see the Description.
- You progress in One Block is now saved for each lobby.
10th of February[]

- Autumn Forests were added
- Rocky Dirt is found on Mountains.
- One Block won against Murder Mystery.
13th of February[]
- Fallen Maple Leaves were added as the first Slab.

- Andesite, Diorite, and Granite can now be used for crafting recipes with Stone, like Stone Tools and Furnaces.

- You can now place Furnaces, Chests, and Moonstone Chests in different directions.
- You can now see older messages you posted in Chat.
2nd of March[]
- Cacti now grows on Sand.
- Plum Trees drop Plums and Palm Trees drop Coconuts. Throwing a Coconut at the ground creates a Cracked Coconut. Plum gives you +50% Damage for 8 seconds while Cracked Coconut gives you +30% Speed for 8 seconds.
- Plum and Coconut Blocks.
- Critical hit damage was tweaked, it dealing +20% Damage instead of +50%.
3rd of March[]
- Plums and Coconuts received a descriptions.
- You can now buy Plums for 2 Diamonds and Cracked Coconuts for 1 Diamond in Bedwars.
- Now you only get 4 Obsidian instead of 8 for 4 Diamonds in Bedwars.
"Press to get" War Period (unofficial name)[]
The press to get the war period is the period when players first discovered “press to get” boards. Fireballs, Iceballs, and Moonstone Explosives were also added.
Disclaimer: The name of this period is unofficial; it is named by a lot of players from observation.
Bedwars Update[]
Around the same time as the Press to Get war period, when Fireballs, Iceballs, and Moonstone Explosives were introduced, these 3 Items were added to Bedwars, changing the play style and ruining fort building.
A Controversial Gamemode Vote[]
Around summer of 2023, this gamemode vote was between Sky Wars and Prison, which are both created by Stardue. They both have their pros and cons, but Sky Wars won. This caused the fall of Bedwars.
The Food Update (unofficial name)[]
The Food Update was introduced in mid-fall of 2023, and it introduced 3 new crops that spawn naturally: Pumpkins, Watermelons, and Melons. Pumpkins were overpowered for a few days because they give one minute of damage boost. However, this changed after a few days.
The Iron Watermelon was also added to the game, becoming one of the rarest Items.
The Food Update Part 2 (unofficial name)[]
Food requires time to eat instead of being able to consume instantly. This balanced PvP significantly.
Potion Update (unofficial name)[]
Potions were added to the game. At first, there were only three (four, counting Water Bottles) Potions: Damage (Plums), Speed (Coconuts), and Defense (Pears). Then, more Potions were added, and Splash Potions and level II Potions were introduced to the game. This also made Sky Wars get a lot more Kits.
Compass[]
The Compass was added. It was designed by Stardue to prevent players in Sky Wars from hiding. It was not very useful in Survival and was seen as a smaller update.
Plots VS Prison[]
Another gamemode vote happened, and this time, Prison returned with a slight rework. Plots won and Prison was removed as a result.
