A Desert Biome
Appearance[]
Sand covers the surface of deserts with dirt underneath. Rivers and lakes can generate in the desert. However, the clay at the riverbeds of rivers will be replaced with more sand in deserts, Desert biomes are relatively flat, except for the ravines and the “valley” generated on the sides of rivers and lakes. Cactuses and fat cactuses that are 2-3 blocks high will spawn occasionally in the desert, as well as chili peppers.
Mobs[]
No mobs spawn on the surface of the Desert.
Structures[]
There are no structures in the desert.
Trivia[]
- Deserts are one of the biomes that easily glitch out, like a whole jungle generating under the sand of the desert, or the desert entirely cutting chunks away from jungles.
- Deserts are the only biome that generates with Chili Pepper plants.
