Bloxd.io Wiki

The Draugr Zombie is a hostile Mob in Bloxd.io. It is the fifth mob, and the second hostile mob to be added to the game. It was added on 4 April 2025.

Appearance[]

The Zombie has four different appearances in the game with green-colored skin, two arms stretching out, and blue eyes. All four appearances have an equal chance of spawning.

Spawning[]

Draugr Zombies can mainly be found in caves, at places that are deeper than y=30 in groups of 3-6. Zombies can also spawn from any Draugr zombie spawner. Draugr Zombie spawners can be found in ruins and underground ruins naturally, but they can also be obtained by the inventory of creative.

Draugr Zombies also spawn as an enemy in the Last Stand gamemode in the earlier waves. Their health is not fixed in Last Stand, and will generally increase as players progress through more waves.

Variants[]

Zombies have four different appearances in the game, and all of them have an equal chance of spawning. See the gallery at the bottom of the page for their renders.

Behavior[]

Draugr Zombies are hostile and will attack players. The Draugr zombies can deal damage to players from 2 blocks away. They move relatively slower than the players’ speed of sprinting, but moves faster than the players’ speed of walking, so it is still possible to outrun a Draugr zombie.

Draugr zombies will avoid walking into lava pools, off high cliffs or roofs, or the void, so it is not a good idea to try to lure them into doing so.

  • Draugr Zombies can spawn at any surface below y = 0 made of stone, so avoid build basements for your builds using stones as the floor.

Trivia[]

  • The word "Draugr" from "Draugr Zombie" comes from Norse mythology, which are undead Vikings with immense strength.
  • The idea of zombies were originally cancelled and Cave Golems were released, but zombies were added nevertheless, though not as the players expected (it was theorized that they were getting the infection zombie skin).
  • Draugr Zombies can attack players from behind walls like other hostile mobs.

History[]

April 4, 2025: Added to Bloxd.io. Mob Spawner Orbs and Mob Spawners for Zombies were also added.

May 2, 2025: The frost variant of the Draugr Zombies are added. They can be found in Frozen Badlands and their Mob Spawners can be found in ruins located in the Frozen Badlands biome.

Trivia[]

  • Ironically, Draugr Zombies can be affected by brainrot potions even though those potions are made of their own brains. This applies to all mobs as well.
