Grass Block

Grass Blocks are a very common block in Bloxd.io that can be found in most biomes.

Appearance[]

Default Texture Pack[]

Grass Blocks appear as light green cubes, with 8 x 8 pixels on each side, with 2 patches of a lighter green that resemble crosses on each side.

Bare Blox Bones[]

Grass Blocks appear as 8x8 light green cubes with 4 lighter-green lines on each side, 2 of them 2 pixels wide and 2 of them 3 pixels wide.

JamBloxds[]

Grass Blocks appear as 8x8 light green cubes with 2 darker-green pixel randomly spread around it.

H4des[]

Grass Blocks appear as 4x4 green cubes with 2 light-green pixels in random spots and 3 dark green spots on random spots.

Grass Blocks appear as 8x8 dried-green cubes with darker green pixels scattered randomly.

Grass Blocks appear as cubes of many shades of light-green all in rectangle shapes.

Obtaining[]

Grass blocks cover the topmost surface of the ground in all variants of the forests (except for spectral forests), plains and meadows. They are very easy to break.

Usage[]

Grass blocks are used for decorations. They can also be crafted into grass slabs, which is another decorative block.

Usage/Appearance in Other Gamemodes[]

Greenville[]

All houses, except for the parkour base and parkour starter plot, use grass blocks as the ground. Additionally, each grass block can be bought for 1 coin in Greenville.

Grass Blocks appear in only 2 One Block phases: plains, and jungle, strangely Grass Blocks do NOT appear in the forest phase, There is a 1.4% chance of a Grass Block spawning in the plains phase, and a 2.5% chance of a Grass Block spawning in the jungle phase. One of the events that might happen in the game is to place a grass block as fast as possible.

Doodle Cube[]

In Doodle Cube, you can buy the “grass” wall for 50 coins. When you select the “grass” wall, all four sides of the wall of the plot you can build in will be grass blocks.

Plots[]

In Plots, Grass Blocks covers the topmost surface of the ground for all plots.

Bingo[]

In Bingo, one of the items the game can tell you to get are grass blocks.

Slab[]

Grass Slabs appear as a Grass Block with half the height in any texture pack. 2 grass blocks can be used to craft 4 grass slabs using an Artisan Bench.

Farming[]

When you tap on a grass block with a shears, it will turn into a dirt block and a grass block will drop. The dirt block will grow into a grass block after some time, and you can use the grass block that is dropped to continue shear grass blocks.

Grass Slab[]

2 Grass Blocks can be crafted into 4 Grass Slabs musing an artisan bench. Grass slabs are half as tall as grass blocks, but has the hitbox of a normal block.
