Ladders

All Ladders in the game

Ladders are blocks in Bloxd.io that allows you to climb up vertically. However, ladders need to be placed against solid blocks for you to be able to climb, as ladders do not have a hitbox and you can pass through ladders.

However, you can crouch on the top of ladders placed by themselves. Crouching on top of a ladder will not make you take any fall damage when you land from a great height.

Obtaining[]

Ladders can be made of wood planks of any wood or iron bars. It takes 2 wood planks of any wood or iron bars to craft a ladder. The Cedar Ladder can be found in Frozen Ruins.

Ladders[]

There is a ladder for each of the 11 types of wood in Bloxd.io. Every ladder is crafted by 1 Wood Plank of any wood using the Workbench, Artisan Bench or handcrafting

Maple Ladder[]

Maple ladders are the first ladder to be added to the game. It was simply called “ladder” when they were initially added. Maple ladders appear light-brown as 2 vertical lines and 4 horizontal lines.

Pine Ladder[]

Pine ladders appear as a dark brown wall with 4 light brown lines.

Plum Ladder[]

Plum ladders appear as 2 light-brown Vertical lines and 1 squiggly line down the whole thing.

Palm Ladder[]

Palm ladders appear as a yellow version of the maple ladder but the middle 2 horizontal lines are replaced with 1 diagonal line.

Pear Ladder[]

Pear ladder appears like a gray maple ladder but the 2 bottom and 2 top horizontal lines connect.

Jungle Ladder[]

Jungle ladder appears like a brighter version of the maple ladder with the middle 4 pixels of all the horizontal lines are moved 1 pixel up.

Cedar Ladder[]

The cedar ladder appears as a dark-brown version of the maple ladder but with the vertical lines turned into 1 big line the middle.

Aspen Ladder[]

Aspen ladders appear like the maple ladder but white and the horizontal lines are moved 1 pixel down.

Cherry Ladder[]

Cherry ladders appear like maple ladders but with the middle lines merged into 1 thick line. Also bright pink.

Spectral Ladder[]

Spectral Ladders appear with gray lines bent into rope like shapes.

Mango Ladder[]

Mango Ladders appears like an almost pale yellow wall except for its upper left, mid right, and lower left have holes in it.

Iron Ladder[]

Iron ladders allow you to move faster than ladders and are crafted from 1 iron bar. They look like maple ladders that are light gray.
