The Player is the person you’re controlling in the game modes in Bloxd.io. In other words, the player is simply yourself.

Players can be controlled by multiple actions. Below is a list of some basic controls.

Players have many skin customisation options that changes how they look like. See skins for more.

Usernames[]
Usernames are specific names for a player. You can choose your own or make a random name. Random names will come in the format “(random adjective)(random noun)(random numbers and uppercase letters)”.
You can also use underscores (_), in usernames too, but you cannot use any spaces, other punctuation marks, emojis, or non-English characters in usernames. Additionally, usernames cannot be more than 21 characters long.
When you renamed yourself successfully, you have to wait for at least 2 hours before you can attempt to rename yourself again.
Friends[]
You can add friends by sending friends requests to others in Bloxd.io. When you have friends, you can see which lobby they are playing in (and are they online) at all times and join there lobby. You can also gift friends the super rank. Currently, you can have up to 100 friends.

Trivia[]
- Players can only hold any Items on their right hand.
- Players since 2021 were bots in some lobbies, you can find bots in Evil Tower, Bloxdhop, Doodlecube. You can find bots in lobbies like this: 2437862843784732 (this is still working).
- Before when Bloxd.io was only a parkour game, all skins were identical. It wasn’t looking like the new blocky skins.
