Rotten Brains are dropped occasionally from Zombies when they are killed.
Brain Rot Effect[]
When you eat a rotten brain, you will get 6 seconds of the brain rot effect, which is made up of the Speed I and Poison I effects. Your skin and body proportions will also change to a zombie-like appearance during the brain rot effect, and a high-pitched laughter is also played, making it suitable to troll players. You would lose 25 health from the poison in the brain rot effect, regardless of the armour you are wearing.
Crafting[]
You can craft a brain rot potion, splash brain rot potion or arrow of brain rot using rotten brains. While brain rot potions does not help you at any time, you can use splash brain rot potions and arrows of brain rot troll other players. You can also craft bouncy bombs using rotten brains.
