Show Chat[]
Shows or hides the chat. However, the chat is the only way to communicate with other players and for the game to communicate to you much of the information. Disabling the chat can make you miss out of those.
Graphics[]
The settings for the graphics of the game.
Chunk Load Distance[]
Horizontal[]
Toggles how far you could see horizontally. Set to 2 at default, and can be toggled between 2 and 10.
Vertical[]
Toggles how far you could see vertically. Set to 2 at default, and can be toggled between 2 and 3.
Fog[]
Toggles the distance from you in which fog will start to appear in the distance. Fog enhances the graphics, but reduces your visibility overall. Fog is turned off at default. You need to reload the page to turn the fog on and off.
Disable Block Texture Atlas[]
Disable if blocks are all black. Texture packs will not work when disabled. It does reduce lag, though.
Field Of View[]
Toggles how much you can see on the screen. When your field of view is low, your vision is magnified and you cannot see a wide view of what is happening around you. On the other hand, when your field of view is high, you will have a larger view of what is happening, but the edges of your screen will appear distorted.
Anti-aliasing[]
Select whether anti-aliasing is turned on. Anti-aliasing reduces jagged pixel edges by increased sampling. You need to reload the page to enable or disable this option.
Pixel Scale[]
Toggles the size of pixels “for a retro appearance” from 1-8. 1 is normal graphics, while increasing the pixel scale will make the screen very blurry, affecting gameplay.
Pixel Smoothing[]
“Smoothes” individual pixels to make them less noticeable.
Controls[]
The settings for the controls of the game.
Crouch Toggle[]
When crouch toggle is enabled, you will crouch indefinitely when you press the crouch button, and need to press it again to stand again. When crouching toggle is disabled, you will only be crouching whenever you are pressing the crouch button, and will be standing normally if you released the button.
Mouse Sensitivity[]
Toggles how sensitive is your mouse, in other words, how fast the camera moves when you move your mouse.
List Of Controls[]
See here for more. We have an even more detailed list!
Removed Controls[]
Reduce Lag[]
In the past, there used to be a control named "Reduce lag" that only appeared for one day and was then removed. It was removed as the setting puts more pressure on the devices in order to reduce lag.
Texture Pack[]
Selects the texture pack you use for the game. See here for more. You need to reload the page when you choose another texture pack in order to apply it.
