Sheep are Mobs in Bloxd.io. They were added to the game on December 20, 2024.
Overview[]
Spawning[]
Sheep spawn at anywhere with grass blocks, not just in certain biomes.
Drops[]
Sheep will drop 1-3 pieces of raw mutton when killed. Consuming raw mutton will give you 20 health, but with a poison effect of four seconds. You will lose 5 health per second with the poison effect, regardless of which armor you are wearing. You would not lose health in the first second of the poison effect, hence, you would only lose 15 health from eating raw mutton.
Every sheep will also drop 0-3 pieces of white wool when killed.
You can also use shears to shear a sheep without killing it. A sheep will drop 3-4 pieces of white wool when sheared.
Behavior[]
Sheep will wander around in the game aimlessly. When you attack a sheep, they will speed up and run away from you for 3 seconds, or until they met an obstacle that prevents them from running away.
Spawn Orbs and Spawners[]
You can get Sheep Spawn Orb and Sheep Spawners in Creative or by interactive boards. Throwing a sheep spawn orb will spawn a sheep at where the orb lands, while sheep spawners spawn sheep automatically.
Taming[]
Sheep can now be tamed by feeding them a Pear. See pet friendship for more.
Colored Sheep[]
When your friendship level with the sheep is 3 hearts or higher (see Pet Friendship for more), the sheep will grow wool of a different colour each time it is sheared.
