Wool and Carpets are two decorative blocks in Bloxd.io.
Wool[]
Wool is a Block in Bloxd.io that is crafted from Cotton and can be dyed into sixteen different colors. It can be used as a crafting material for Beds and Carpets or as a decoration in builds.
Obtaining[]
Sheep[]
You can shear Sheep to make them drop White Wool. Killing a Sheep will also drop you wool.
Usage[]
Wool can be dyed into sixteen colours using the Artisan Bench, which are White, Orange, Magenta, Light blue, Yellow, Lime, Pink, Grey, Light Grey, Cyan, Purple, Blue, Brown, Green, Red, and Black using flowers and plants. Unlike Colored Glass, Concrete, and Baked Clay, the white variant serves as the undyed Block.
Wool is often used in the maps in many game modes as wool is vibrant is colour.
Wool is broken fastest with Shears and is tough to break with most other tools. Wool can be destroyed by explosives.

Carpets[]
Carpets are Blocks used for decoration. They resemble wool, but are only 1 in-game pixel thick. Carpets can only be placed horizontally across blocks. Carpets does not have a hitbox, so you can fall through carpets that are not placed directly on blocks. This characteristic can be used to cover up traps or hidden entrances.
Trivia[]
- When you walk on a surface covered by a Carpet, the sound made is the sound of the block below the Carpet since you are technically walking through the Carpet and not on it. However, if you jump, you can hear a bit of the Carpet sound which sounds like walking on grass.
